Signed folk art style pottery lidded jug by Edward Lee, hand-built in a tall rectangular form with rounded corners, finished in a rich cobalt-blue running glaze over a warm terracotta clay body that shows through at the edges and shoulders. A pulled loop handle sits at the back, and the domed lid is topped with a small knob finial. The exposed red clay body, dramatic pooled glaze, and simple utilitarian jug form are hallmarks of American folk and studio pottery traditions, appealing to collectors drawn to handmade, one-of-a-kind ceramic work. Signed "Edward Lee" on the underside. Measures approximately 9.75" H x 6.25" L x 4.25" W.

Good condition overall. Glaze is glossy and intact with expected small pitting/specking from the firing process (see photos). No chips, cracks, or losses noted. Please review photos closely; we do our best to catch all flaws but small imperfections can be missed.
