Hand-shaped wooden articulated figure form, with a carved oval head, shaped torso, and jointed wire-pinned arms, each limb made of turned wooden segments connected by tab-and-slot joints allowing movement at the elbows, shoulders, and presumably the hips/knees (the legs appear as separate jointed sections). This style of jointed wooden body was traditionally used either as a doll body form (awaiting a bisque or composition head and additional finishing) or as a small articulated artist's/milliner's mannequin. No maker's mark is visible in the photos, so a specific origin and exact use aren't confirmed. Measures L: 10".

Condition Report:

Good vintage condition, wear commensurate with age. The wood shows overall toning and small surface marks/scuffs. The joints and wire pins appear intact and functional, allowing the limbs to move.
