Set of four Art Deco-style silverplate knife rests, each modeled as a stylized animal — a pig, a heron/crane, a peacock, and a sturgeon. Tarnish shows an iridescent patina across the surfaces. One rest impressed on the underside "O. GALLIA," the mark of Gallia, Christofle's silverplate metal division, known for animal-form knife rests in the early-to-mid 20th century.
